Musashino Mori Coffee

I'd like to introduce Musashino Mori Coffee in Hiratsuka. This shop is a cafe designed by image Highlands Resort. The inside of the shop is very spacious where warmth of trees can be felt. There are newspapers and many magazines, so you can freely read while waiting for meals. This shop is a cafe, but you can enjoy not only sweets, but also meals and drinks.

I ordered the Eggs Benedict plate and strawberry chocolate drink. Eggs Benedict has bacon, soft-boiled egg and Hollandaise sauce on an English muffin. Hollandaise sauce is sauce with emulsified lemon juice and butter with egg yolk and seasoned with salt and pepper. Soft-boiled egg and sauce are rich, but compatible with bacon and it was very delicious. The price is 1166 yen.

Strawberry chocolate drink is a seasonal menu only. This drink has fresh cream, strawberry sauce and powdered sugar on top of hot chocolate. And plate has chocolate and strawberries. The sweetness of chocolate and acidity of strawberry sauce were good and it was delicious. The hot chocolate is modest in sweetness, so it is also recommended for people who are not fond of sweets. The price is about 600 yen.
