I'd like to introduce Panino Giusto in Yokohama.Panono Giusto is a gourmet paninos speciality store founded in Milano, Italy in1979. Italian scenery is draw on the wall inside the shop. The chic hues are very fashionable. Panino is an Italian cuisine sandwich with italian ingredients.There are many kinds of panino, but the most popular item in the shop is Tartufo. There are not only paninos but also soup, prosciutto and dessert in this shop.

I ordered Tartufo and cafe latte. Tartufo is prosciutto from Parma, brie cheese, tomato, arugula and white truffle oil from Alba sandwiched between bread. Paninos are made after ordering. The bread was delicious with a warm and crispy texture. The prosciutto has matured for 26 months, so it has a rich fragrance. Its texture is very soft and has a moderate salty taste and it is very tasty. Brie cheese has a smooth and mild flavor, so it is compatible with salty prosciutto. White truffle oil has a very luxurious scent, and each time you eat panino, the truffle fragrance spreads in your mouth. The price is 1250 yen.
