Urth Caffe

I'd like to introduce Urth Caffe in Yokohama. Urth Caffe is an organic cafe originating in Los Angeles and it is a popular shop where many people stand in line every day  in the USA. Urth Caffe has three shops in Japan in Omotesando, Daikanyama and Yokohama. Yokohama's Urth Caffe has a menu of alcohol and dinner not found in other shops.

I ordered organic black tea boba and the strawberry mascarpone pancake. Organic black tea boba is milk tea with plenty of brown sugar flavor tapioca. The sweetness of milk tea and brown sugar flavor tapioca is very compatible. Tapioka is large and very elastic and tasty. This drink can be chosen from two kinds, normal and sherbet. I ordered normal. You can take out, which is recommended when the shop is crowded. The price of this drink is 680 yen.

Strawberry mascarpone pancake has two thick pancakes with mascarpone cream, strawberry sauce and strawberries. The pancake has a very soft and fluffy texture.  The mascarpone cream is compatible with the acidity of the strawberry sauce. This cream was not too sweet with a smooth texture, so I was able to eat it without getting tired. The price is 1200 yen.
